My Fish and Organic Whole Grain Meal

An important food part of The Miracles of R120Y Diet is fish and organic whole grain meal. The fish is mainly a small one like smocked mackerel or salmon. I avoid large fish because their flush may contain mercury. Some fish, like smocked mackerel, already been cooked. If not cooked, like salmon, I will cut it to small pieces and cook it with whole grains during the last five minutes or so cooking.

The organic whole grains usually made up of precooked whole grain brown rice, amaranth, buckwheat and quinoa. They are added to already cooked organic lentils or added to organic couscous and organic wholegrain oatmeal and all cooked together for about five minutes.

The grains can be enhanced with good organic oil, cholesterol lowering butter, organic tomato purée, organic curry paste, sea salt, organic mixed herbs and organic black pepper corn, which all depend on tastes. The picture bellow is for one of my fish and grain meals. It is made up of organic brown rice, amaranth, buckwheat, quinoa, oatmeal, couscous, smoked mackerel and organic sultanas.
